Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what personal information Creator Negotiator LLC (“Creator Negotiator”, “we”, “us”) collects through creatornegotiator.com (the “site”), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. What we collect
Information you send us
When you fill in one of our forms, we receive what you type in:
- Brand enquiries and lineup requests: your name, work email, brand website, WhatsApp number (optional), what you sell, GMV range, budget, category, timeline, how many creators you want, the creators you picked, and any notes.
- Creator applications: your name, TikTok handle, email or WhatsApp number, your last-30-days GMV, the categories you sell in, and any notes.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send there.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated form submissions). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or application and talk to you about working together.
- To match brands with creators on our roster and prepare proposals.
- To run and protect the site, including spam and abuse prevention.
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations once we work together.
We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
3. Legal bases (UK / EEA visitors)
We process your information because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract), because it’s in our legitimate interest to respond to business enquiries and run a secure website, or because the law requires it. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, and only as needed:
- Vercel: hosts the site and runs the form endpoint.
- Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Our email and messaging providers: where we read and answer your messages.
If you’re a brand, we may share the details of your campaign (not your contact details unless needed) with the creators we propose for it. If you’re a creator, we may share your public profile and performance figures with brands as part of pitching you. We’ll also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
5. Third-party content
The videos on the site are TikTok videos played through TikTok’s embedded player. They load from TikTok when you scroll to the video section (silently, as a preview) and play with sound when you tap them. When they load, TikTok may collect information under TikTok’s Privacy Policy. Links to WhatsApp, TikTok and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can follow up and avoid asking twice. If we work together, we keep records for as long as the relationship lasts and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email jacob@creatornegotiator.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information. You have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and we won’t discriminate against you for using these rights.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, form submissions go straight to our inbox and are not stored in a website database, and access to our accounts is restricted. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Children
The site and our services are for businesses and for creators aged 18 or over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
